Việc thu thập, xử lý thông tin cá nhân của bạn trong ứng dụng tuân thủ Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (Luật số 91/2025/QH15) và Nghị định 356/2025/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ. Bằng việc đăng ký tài khoản, bạn xác nhận đồng ý cho phòng khám thu thập và xử lý thông tin cá nhân theo nội dung dưới đây.
The collection and processing of your personal information in the app complies with the Personal Data Protection Law (Law 91/2025/QH15) and Government Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP. By registering an account, you confirm that you agree to the clinic collecting and processing your personal information as set out below.

Số điện thoại, họ tên và email dùng để đăng nhập; giới tính (không bắt buộc) để hiển thị ảnh đại diện; các chỉ số bạn tự nhập khi theo dõi sức khỏe tại nhà; và mã thiết bị để gửi thông báo. Hồ sơ khám và các chỉ số sức khỏe là dữ liệu cá nhân nhạy cảm.
Phone number, name and email, used to sign in; gender (optional), used to show an avatar; the readings you enter yourself when tracking your health at home; and a device identifier, used to send notifications. Medical records and health readings are sensitive personal data.

To show your medical records, send appointment reminders and notifications from the clinic, and help you track your health at home. We do not sell your information.
Hồ sơ người thânRelatives' profiles
Bạn có thể thêm hồ sơ của người thân vào tài khoản để đặt lịch và xem hồ sơ khám cho họ. Ứng dụng lưu tên, quan hệ, số điện thoại và giới tính của người đó. Hãy chỉ thêm người mà bạn được phép quản lý hồ sơ, ví dụ con nhỏ hoặc người thân đã đồng ý.
You can add the profiles of relatives to your account to book visits and see their medical records. The app stores the person's name, relationship, phone number and gender. Only add someone whose records you are allowed to manage, for example a young child or a relative who has agreed.
Trợ lý AIAI assistant
Khi bạn hỏi Trợ lý AI, câu hỏi của bạn và những thông tin trong tài khoản mà trợ lý cần để trả lời (lịch hẹn, đơn thuốc, chỉ số bạn tự theo dõi, tiêm chủng, danh sách kết quả và tên người thân) được gửi qua máy chủ của ứng dụng tới Anthropic, đơn vị cung cấp AI đặt tại Mỹ. Máy chủ của ứng dụng không lưu cuộc trò chuyện; Anthropic xử lý dữ liệu theo điều khoản của họ. Trợ lý có thể trả lời sai và không thay thế bác sĩ. When you ask the AI assistant, your question and the information in your account that the assistant needs to answer (appointments, prescriptions, the readings you track yourself, vaccinations, the list of results and your relatives' names) are sent through the app's server to Anthropic, the AI provider, in the USA. The app's server does not keep the conversation; Anthropic handles the data under its own terms. The assistant can be wrong and does not replace a doctor. The AI assistant works only when you allow it: the app asks you before you first use it, and you can withdraw at any time under Profile › More settings › AI assistant. If you do not use it, the other features keep working normally.

Your sign-in session is stored securely on your device. Medical records are kept on the clinic's system and sent over encrypted connections.

You can turn "Receive notifications" on or off at any time under Profile, or in your phone's Settings.
Quyền của bạnYour rights
Bạn có quyền xem, yêu cầu chỉnh sửa thông tin, rút lại sự đồng ý hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu của mình bằng cách liên hệ phòng khám. Bạn cũng có thể xóa tài khoản ngay trong ứng dụng (Cá nhân › Xóa tài khoản). Hồ sơ bệnh án tại phòng khám vẫn được lưu theo quy định.
You have the right to see your information, ask for it to be corrected, withdraw your consent or ask for your data to be deleted by contacting the clinic. You can also delete your account in the app (Profile › Delete account). Medical records at the clinic are still kept as the law requires.
