Ứng dụng là công cụ đồng hành dành cho bệnh nhân của phòng khám, giúp bạn xem hồ sơ khám, đặt lịch hẹn, nhận nhắc lịch và tự theo dõi sức khỏe tại nhà.

The app is a companion for a clinic's patients. It lets you view your records, book appointments, get appointment reminders and track your health at home.

Thông tin trong ứng dụng chỉ mang tính tham khảo và không thay thế cho việc thăm khám trực tiếp. Trong trường hợp khẩn cấp, hãy gọi 115 hoặc đến cơ sở y tế gần nhất.

Information in the app is for reference only and does not replace seeing a clinician in person. In an emergency, call 115 or go to the nearest medical facility.

Medical records are created and managed by the clinic as the law requires. You can ask reception to link your account or to answer questions about your records.
