A date, not a time. The iClinic Integration API returns visitDate as the date of the visit in clinic time (UTC+7). Every date-time value is in UTC.
checkedInAt can be null. It is set only when the check-in date matches visitDate. A backdated record has no real arrival time. Use status to tell whether the patient has arrived.
Records migrated from Medi (2026-09-19). Their visitDate is the original date of the visit, but they have no real check-in time. For encounters dated 2026-09-19 that were entered on the same day, checkedInAt is only the time of entry. Do not use it as the arrival time.
No phone number. Some patients have no phone number, so phone is null.
Minimal personal data. The new endpoints do not return the citizen identity card number (CCCD), email, address, allergies or the full date of birth (only the year of birth is returned), and every response carries Cache-Control: no-store.
Money is a whole number of Vietnamese dong. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD in clinic time. Every date-time value is in UTC.
New fields are not breaking changes. When you read a response, ignore fields you do not recognize.
