These cover the iClinic website and Ask iClinic. Using the iClinic software is governed by each clinic's own contract.
The short version
- Prices, scope and commitments count only when they are written in a quote or contract.
- Ask iClinic's answers are for reference and may be wrong. For anything that matters, ask the iClinic team.
- This site gives no health advice. In an emergency, call 115.
What this covers
These terms apply when you use the iClinic website and Ask iClinic. They do not cover the iClinic software a clinic uses, which is governed by the contract with each clinic. The iClinic app for patients has its own terms.
Information on this site
This site describes the iClinic software and is updated as the product changes. Anything marked “coming soon” does not exist yet, and iClinic promises no release dates.
Ask iClinic
Ask iClinic's answers are information for reference, not a quote, a commitment or a contract term. Prices, scope and service commitments only count when written in a quote or contract.
When AI writes an answer, the box says “iClinic AI · Virtual assistant”. An AI answer can be incomplete or wrong, so check it with the iClinic team before you decide.
Not medical advice
This site and Ask iClinic give no health advice, diagnoses or medication guidance. In an emergency, call 115 or go to the nearest medical facility.
Fair use
Don't use Ask iClinic or the contact form to send other people's personal details, unlawful content, or automated bulk requests. iClinic may limit how many questions come from one source to keep the service stable.
Content and licences
The site's content and design belong to iClinic. The Newsreader, Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License; icons come from Lucide under the ISC licence.
Other websites
This site may link to other websites. iClinic is not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

These terms may be updated; the date is shown at the top. Questions are welcome through the Contact section.
